Walnut Şöbiyet – Cevizli Şöbiyet is a syrup-soaked Turkish dessert made with paper-thin layers of dough filled with crushed walnuts and clotted cream (kaymak). Handmade in the kitchen of Saray Pastanesi in Mannheim, it is topped with ground pistachios and shredded coconut.
