1. General Information

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the checkout process.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options, which will be displayed during the checkout process:

• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• PayPal

• Bank Transfer (Vorkasse)

• Cash on Collection (only for in-store pickup)

Additional payment methods (e.g., Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay) may be offered and are specified during checkout.

3. Payment Due Date

• For payments by credit/debit card or PayPal, the amount will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.

• For bank transfer (Vorkasse), the invoice amount must be transferred within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation. The order will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

• For in-store pickup with cash payment, the invoice amount is due upon collection of the goods.

4. Default of Payment

If the customer fails to meet payment obligations, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest as well as additional reminder fees.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Sig Natur Back GmbH (Saray Pastanesi) until full payment has been received.
