1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Sig Natur Back GmbH (Saray Pastanesi) and its customers via the website www.saraypastanesi.eu. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms as binding.

3. Products and Offers

All product descriptions on our website are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly in design, weight, or decoration. Images are for illustrative purposes.

4. Orders and Contract Conclusion

By clicking the “Order” button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation email.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before finalizing the order. Payment methods accepted are listed during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made according to our Shipping & Delivery Terms. Delivery dates are approximate and subject to product availability.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal Policy, except for perishable food items and customized orders, which are excluded.

8. Allergen & Food Information

Allergen and nutritional details are provided in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 (LMIV). Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before placing an order.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
